My JIA is an informative booklet designed to support older children, young people, parents and carers in understanding and managing juvenile idiopathic arthritis. It provides essential information about the condition, medications and other therapies, blood tests, and managing flares, school, sport and other activities.
KidsConnect is a free, fun, interactive online platform where kids can meet in a secure, digital space and play or chat via Minecraft and Discord. KidsConnect is designed for young people aged 7 to 17 years who have juvenile idiopathic arthritis or a related childhood rheumatic disease. It aims to reduce the loneliness and social isolation often associated with these diseases. KidsConnect is hosted, moderated and monitored by JAFA. The poster explains how to register.
